Summary: The Terms of Use (TOU) for MorphCast Premier Support, provided by Cynny S.p.A., establish a legal agreement between the user (Business User) and Cynny. Users must fully accept the TOU to use the service. The TOU outlines the terms under which the service can be used. The pricing model is Pay-Per-Use, on a monthly basis. Payment terms require settlement within 30 days of invoicing, and Cynny reserves the right to modify service prices and terms.


Premier Support Terms of Use

Service Overview Premier Support: Monthly support for the integration or use of MorphCast products.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Duration: The support services covered under this agreement will last for one month from the start date of acceptance of this proposal.
  2. Maximum Hours: The service provision under this agreement will not exceed 10 hours of support within the contracted month.
  3. Service Hours: Support services will be available during the normal business hours of banks in the Central European Time (CET) zone.
  4. Response Time: The service provider commits to responding to any support ticket or inquiry within 24 hours, provided that the ticket is received during the Service Hours.
  5. Contact Method: The client may submit service requests via email.

Cost: €600.00 per month

Miscellaneous and Contact Information

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between Cynny and the Business User as a result of these TOU or the use of the Services.
These TOU, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Cynny without restriction.
