Personal Information We Collect Automatically and Store Locally in Your Device
You may view a Morphcast in one of two modes: one that involves the use of facial recognition software and one that does not. When using the Browser, Viewers may choose their preferred viewing mode.
Our technology includes facial recognition software that collects information about your face movement, expressions and reactions as you view a Morphcast video using the camera of your smart phone or tablet. This facial recognition data is stored in the Browser on your device but is not shared with Cynny. You can manage the data created by facial recognition software and delete the data stored in the Browser by clicking the button provided by Cynny.
You must use a Browser to play a Morphcast video. Based upon machine-learning techniques and the personal information that you provide, the Browser collects personal information regarding your preferences in viewing Morphcasts and uses that information to vary the music, video focus and effects, and viewing speed of a Morphcast. This personal information is stored only in the Browser on your computer or phone, and is not shared with Cynny or anyone else.
