Cynny regarding the Service does not collect private data nor does it send them to any of its servers as the MorphCast artificial intelligence engine works exclusively on the client and all the analyzed data remains in the browser’s local memory, where they can be easily deleted using the cancel chat button made available by the Service.

It should be taken into consideration that the Service allows you to chat with the ChatGPT Bot and the Professional User could send personal data to the bot itself together with the data collected by MorphCast as visible in the Service (and which can be deactivated at any time with a click). Regarding how such data is processed by OpenAI which provides the ChatGPT chatbot through the Service, it is not under the control of Cynny but exclusively by OpenAI which receives such data.
